As usual, the media flim flam artists are trying to stampede the unwary into joining the "housing recovery".

There's just one problem.

It's a delusion as Richard Martin's cold appraisal of the numbers shows beyond the shadow of a rational doubt.

If you're buying to "flip", you may well be burned and badly.

The bottom of this market is still a long way off.
