Overwhelmingly, the world's "poor" get their food from small, ecologically sustainable farms.

That's how it used to be in the US too not all that long ago.

Now we're all "modern" - and losing the ability to produce sound food.

By "sound" I mean "sound" I mean food grown on naturally fertile land, sustainably maintained by intact communities and people.
