The consequences of low interest rates

A whole generation is on the verge of retirement and they're facing a black hole.

If they've saved money, they're being rewarded with interest rates so low that $1,000,000 in cash can barely generate enough money annually to pay rent on an apartment.

Meanwhile, pension plans that have counted on unrealistically high rates are starting to suck wind.

It's all deflationary.

If you're lucky enough to have cash, hold onto it for dear life and wait. Even though you'll never see a chart that shows cash appreciating against other assets that's exactly what's going to happen. The real estate market is just the beginning.
