Why "Too Big to Fail" failed

Elizabeth Warren questions Fed chair Yellen about the nature of the "Too Big to Fail" system.

Big banks send out plans called “The Semiannual Monetary Policy Report to the Congress" which are supposed plans and reports on the nature of the economy.

Warren points out that these reports are never considered credible, yet they continue to be respected and considered by Congress.

She's calling out the corruption, and all she gets are cryptic, slide-around-the-issue answers.
